HOW DOES MOLE TREATMENT WORK?

Our mole control in the Illinois and Missouri area is a three-pronged approach that includes baits and mole traps to eradicate moles from your lawn, followed by maintenance visits to keep them from coming back. If necessary, we will bring out our secret weapon for extreme cases.

Bulldog Pest Control performs an inspection to determine the unique factors of your mole infestation.

Our team makes three visits to utilize traps and bait treatments to reduce the existing mole population within three weeks after the initial call.

3. Ongoing Maintenance
Next, we provide ongoing maintenance with repellent applications every 30-60 days to protect your home the moles. Follow up bait and trap systems are introduced as needed.

YOUR BEST MOLE CONTROL SOLUTION

The trapping method of mole control because it is the time-tested, proven method of control. We make these weekly visits to your property to check traps, placing the proper amount of traps, depending on the current level of activity. You do not pay based on the number of traps we set. Whether we place 6 traps or 26 traps, you pay the same price for service, with no long-term contracts! In addition to the trapping we also set up special baiting stations as well as other prevention methods to help ensure that once they are gone – they don’t come back! There are also some methods that provide some results, but not the best results.

It does not matter if we trap 8 moles or 30 moles – your price will remain the same!

Moles Don’t Hibernate; Neither Do We!

During the winter months in the Greater St. Louis area, moles continue tunneling just like they do throughout the rest of year, searching for food on a regular basis. When the ground freezes well below the surface, moles retreat deeper in the ground away from the surface. However, when the ground is not totally frozen, moles will continue tunneling near the surface, causing the same lawn damage in the winter as they cause throughout the rest of the year.

Why Trap Moles In the Winter? – In the springtime, moles reproduce. Therefore, any mole control program started in the winter months will help to keep moles from reproducing in the springtime. We have found, not surprisingly, that dead moles cannot reproduce!
